OVERVIEW
The Interco Super Swamper SSR is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire promotes a safer all terrain performance. The tread combines staggered tread blocks and a high void ratio which enhance the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping capability and power. These tread elements enable the tire to conquer versatile terrain surface conditions, ensuring the tire's forward motion at all times. The aggressive tread design, which extends to the tire's shoulders enables the model to improve the number of sideway biting edges, which help its forward motion through deep mud and on loose terrains. This combination ensures the tire's exceptional all terrain driving experience.
The tread design also keeps a clean footprint at all times. The staggered tread elements and high void ratio, along with the open shoulder pattern, enable the tire to eliminate mud and snow stuck between the tread elements and to prevent rocks from drilling into the casing. In this manner, mud and snow are unable from blocking the tire's surface contact during its performance. These tread elements also resist stone retention as they prevent rocks from drilling into the casing while the tires are in motion. This results in a secure, damage resistant performance.
The Interco Super Swamper SSR improves the all weather traction as well. The optimized tire footprint and the durable, all season compound enhance the dry, wet and winter weather gripping ability. The tread elements provide a higher number of biting edges gripping the road surface, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The tread's high void ratio boosts the hydroplaning resistance on on-road surface conditions with their water and slush dispersing ability and power, resulting in a secure wet and winter traction.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
