OVERVIEW

The Accelera Alpha is a performance and high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

This model offers a lowered rolling resistance, which makes the tire more economic. The lower resistance lessens the fuel consumption and the CO2 emissions of the tire, providing a fuel efficient and ecologically friendly drive. The tire's optimized road contact surface and the reduced rolling resistance take the pressure off of the tire and allow for even wear, as the forces of acceleration, braking and cornering are equally distributed along the tread area. This slows down the tread wear and it prevents irregular wear on the tires. These two factors increase the tire's life and usability, making the tire last longer.

The tire has superb summer weather traction. It grips the road in dry and wet weather conditions, but it is not recommended to use this in winter weather and colder temperatures as the tire loses its traction due to the lower temperatures. The tire has excellent road grip, even at high speeds, in summer weather and it offers a safe driving experience. The model effectively resists hydroplaning by eliminating water thanks to the V-shaped tread pattern.

The use of this tire is safer due to the shortened braking distance it provides. It was manufactured using a special tire compound which grips the road better and gives additional grip during braking, shortening the braking distance. Not only is the Alpha a safe drive, it is also comfortable. The tire offers a quiet and comfortable drive with reduced road noise levels and a vibration free ride.
