OVERVIEW
The Transporter ST Radial is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The all season tire compound and tread pattern work together to upgrade the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound keeps its flexible traction throughout the year, while the tread elements firmly grip the road surface while the tires are in motion. The tread design features circumferential grooves that disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The increased all weather traction and hydroplaning resistance upgrade the tire's all weather driving safety.
The tread design's constant road contact enhances the tire's controllability. The better road contact improves the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle's commands, while the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The increased road contact also prevents the model's wander and side slipping, ensuring a firmer response to the towing vehicle.
The ST Radial offers a lengthened tread life. The symmetric tread design manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking lengthens the tread life and the tire's usability. The ensured even wear lengthens the tire's service life, making it most cost efficient.
