OVERVIEW

The Titan HD2000 is an all season tire manufactured for industrial vehicles.

The tire promotes great durability. It combines its durable compound with the reinforced construction to enhance the damage resistance and the load capacity. The compound avoids the tread's chipping, cracking and tearing, while the structure protects the tire's casing from punctures, cuts and other damage which may shorten the service life. The strengthened internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the model. As the tire does not deform under the pressure, it is able to securely perform with heavy loads, boosting the load carrying and withstanding ability and power.

The durable compound and the optimal tread design also manage to lengthen the tire's usability. The stronger compound wear-resistant rubber materials decrease the tread wear rate during the tire's lifetime. The tread design's double tapered step lug pattern stabilizes the tread elements under the load and driving pressure. This prevents tread flexing during the drive, minimizing the strain affecting the tire. As a result, the model is able to evenly distribute the driving pressure across the tread area, preventing irregular wear formations. The slower, even wear rate increases the tread and service life of the model.
