OVERVIEW
The TBB GR816 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The model was made for all axle positions.
The symmetric ribbed tread design helps to maintain the surface contact throughout the performance. The tread pattern optimizes the surface contact at all times, which enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's steering instructions. The better road contact and the stronger structure secure the structural stability while the tires are in motion. This combination greatly improves the driver's control over the vehicle throughout its performance.
The tread design and the all season compound increase the year round traction. The ribbed tread design with the siping placement enhances the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges, improving the dry, wet and winter weather performance. On the other hand, the durable all weather traction works together to improve the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, further boosting the wet weather driving safety.
The GR816 increases the load durability. The tire features a reinforced steel belt structure which keeps the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under the pressure, it is able to greatly improve the load carrying and withstanding ability and power. Since the structure does not deform under the pressure, the tire is able to securely perform under the heavy-load pressure.
