OVERVIEW

The Sumitomo ST908 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.

The tread pattern and all season tire compound increase the all weather traction. The compound maintains the rubber flexibility throughout the tire's lifetime, guaranteeing a safer performing capability all year round. The symmetric tread designs special siping detail and open shoulder pattern increase the dry, wet and winter weather grip the tire has on the road surface. The siping detail and shoulder blocks increase the number of biting edges gripping the road surface throughout the year, which enables the to safely perform on ice and snow as well. The shoulder pattern upgrades the hydroplaning resistance, as they disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint.

The model features a reinforced internal structure. This strengthened construction sports four steel belts that improve the tire's driving and load durability.
