OVERVIEW
The Omni Trail ST Radial is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire promotes a secure all weather performance. The ribbed tread design and the all season compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface and heightens the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, including in colder winter weather conditions. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the footprint, further improving the wet and slushy weather performance. This allows the tire to improve the year round driving safety.
The model's ideal traction enhances its fuel efficiency. The tread design and the all season compound increase the overall traction, which eases the driving pressure off the tire. The better traction lowers the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the external driving pressure affecting the tire, which determines the towing vehicle's needed fuel intake to keep the tires in motion. Lowering the rolling resistance decreases the towing vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, promoting a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The ST Radial upgrades the load and driving durability. The reinforced internal structure with the micro positioned fiber belt package enhances the tire's strength. This construction prevents the tire from deforming under the load and driving pressure affecting the model.
