OVERVIEW
The Hankook e3 Max TL21 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle's trailer axle. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire offers great all weather traction. The tire's ribbed tread pattern and the durable all season compound increase the tire's grip in dry, wet and winter weather. This allows the tire to securely perform throughout the year. The compound maintains the rubber flexibility even in colder temperatures, while the tread elements, with the optimal siping pattern, enhance the tire's grip on the road surface. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint and avoid hydroplaning in wet and winter weather. In this manner, the tire ensures great year round driving safety.
The symmetric tread pattern closely follows the road surface at all times. This allows the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area, which eases the driving force off the tire. The special taper line on the groove edges and the side decoupling grooves work together to lower the pressure affecting the tire. As a result, the tire's rolling resistance is greatly decreased, which determines the energy needed to keep the tires in motion.
