OVERVIEW
The Haida HD182 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
All weather traction is guaranteed with the tread design and the all season compound. This combination significantly boosts the dry, wet, and winter weather traction. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, boosting the summer and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread elements firmly grip the road surface with extra biting edges, optimizing the year round performing ability. The groove pattern avoids hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions.
The flat footprint, the ribbed tread design, and the stability of the tread elements greatly upgrade the controllability. The combination of these tread elements greatly upgrades the surface contact, boosting the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. As a result, the tire manages to improve the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The shoulder block pattern helps to upgrade the cornering ability with the use of extra biting edges, promoting a safer maneuvering capability.
