OVERVIEW
The GT Radial Maxmiler ST is a touring all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The model offers a longer lasting service life. It combines its tread pattern and durable tire compound to increase the length of the tread life. The stronger compound is wear-resistant, which significantly slows the tread wear rate down. The wider footprint and the special ribbed design manages to equally circulate the driving forces across the tread area. The even distribution of the accelerating, braking and cornering pressure affecting the model avoids uneven tread wear formations. The slower even tread wear extends the tread life and with it the tire's usability.
The tire increases the all weather performing capability. The ribbed tread design and excellent all weather compound work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface, while its siping detail's additional biting edges keep a consistently firm grip even on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The all season compound upgrades the rubber flexibility throughout the year and it prevents weather damage from harming the tire's casing. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire ensures a secure year round performance.
The Maxmiler ST is easily controlled. The tire gives all control to the towing vehicle. The ribbed pattern's solid center rib and the shoulder tread block sequence maintains the tire's contact with the road surface at all times, while the strengthened polyester construction optimizes the tire shape and prevents deformation under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. This enhances the steering responsiveness and accuracy and it stabilizes the tire's structure during the drive. The better control makes the towing vehicle's job significantly easier.
