OVERVIEW
The Gremax Gmxtra is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The ribbed tread design and the special silica compound work together to keep constant road contact. As a result, it significantly upgrades the tire’s steering responsiveness and towing stability. In other words, the tire becomes faster at its steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle’s commands. The structure is secured against the driving pressure as well. On the other hand, the outer ribs help the tire have better cornering and maneuvering. These elements ensure the tire’s safe performance on highway terrains.
Year-round traction is provided with this model. The ribbed tread design and the all season compound upgrade the tire’s performance in dry, wet, and winter-weather conditions. In this manner, the tread pattern maintains road contact at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint. These grooves prevent hydroplaning, ensuring a safer performance in wet conditions.
