Goodyear Endurance LHS
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Longer lasting tread life
- Fuel efficient performance
- Enhanced controllability
OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Endurance LHS is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was intended to be mounted on the vehicle's steer axle.
The tire offers great controllability. The tire's ribbed tread pattern creates flat footprint that closely follows the road surface at all times. This enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability significantly. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its responsiveness to the driver's commands, while it stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting it. The better control over the tires allows the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle throughout the year.
The special tire compound decreases the model's fuel consumption. The fuel-saving tire compound improves the traction and eases the driving pressure off the tire. This reduces the rolling resistance, which is the external driving pressure affecting the tire. The lowered rolling resistance succeeds in reducing the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, offering a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly performance.
The Endurance LHS ensures a lengthened tread life. The durable, dual-layer compound and tread design work together to extend the tire's service life. The compound is wear-resistant, which slows the tread wear rate down immensely. The tread's groove placement manages to evenly spread the driving pressure out across the tread area. This equally distributed force of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids irregular tread wear formations. This combination promotes a longer lasting usability and tread life.
