These zones increase the tire's traction in their intended conditions. The tread grooves increase the hydroplaning resistance by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. The water dispersal and the TredLock technology with the microgrooves increase the wet weather traction and road grip of the model, making year round driving even safer.

The shoulder tread block sequence provides additional biting edges during cornering, which enhances the cornering and maneuvering ability and power. The asymmetric tread's constant road contact enables a racing-like steering responsiveness and accuracy. The tire is quick and precise in its response to the driver's instructions.
