OVERVIEW
The General Ameri*Steel S380A is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles, made to be mounted the vehicle's steer axle.
The tire offers great all weather traction. The ribbed tread design and the all season tire compound improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread design increases the road gripping ability throughout the year, while the compound keeps its rubber flexibility, even in colder temperatures. The tread's wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the footprint to improve the wet and winter weather performing capability. As a result, the tire offers a secure performing capability all year round.
The model promotes a longer tread life. The ribbed symmetric tread pattern closely follows the road surface and ensures constant road contact. This allows the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area.
