OVERVIEW
The Evoluxx EDR202 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the drive axle of the vehicle.
The tire upgrades the all weather traction. The optimal symmetric ribbed tread design, with the zigzag block placement and ideal 3D siping pattern, enhances the grip on the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather. This pattern increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface in versatile situations to enhance the tire's driving safety levels. The stronger compound allows the tire to maintain the ideal rubber flexibility in different temperatures, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions. The circumferential grooves and open shoulder design avoid hydroplaning by channeling water and slush from below the footprint.
The model boosts its load durability and controllability. It features a reinforced internal structure which maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the tire during its performance. As the tire does not deform under the pressure, it allows the model to increase its load capacity. The stronger internal structure also helps improve the driving stability. By stabilizing the structure, the tire maintains its surface contact which helps improve the steering responsiveness as well. In this manner, the tire ensures the driver's full control over the vehicle.
The EDR202 improves the tread life length. It uses the tread design and the all season compound to ensure a slower and even tread wear rate and manner. The tread design's 3D siping pattern locks the tread blocks in place, stabilizing the tread elements and preventing tread flexing. As no unnecessary friction is generated between the tire and the road surface, the tire is able to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. This actively prevents irregular wear formations across the tread area. The stronger compound enables the model to decrease the tread wear rate with the stronger rubber materials. This combination improves the tire's usability and service life.
