The Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT DSST is a high performance summer tire manufactured for performance vehicles.
The tire was manufactured with the Multi-Radius Tread Technology shaped into an asymmetric tread design. This ensures excellent dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The enhanced tread design confidently controls the tire without issue in summer conditions, while the circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by improving the water evacuating ability. The better water dispersal and summer weather road grip ensure a safer driving experience in dry and wet weather.
Dunlop's Self-Supporting Technology enables the tire's limited temporary performance in case of air pressure loss. This allows the tire to be driven on for 50 miles up to the speed of 50 mph once air pressure leaves the tire due to a puncture or other damage. The stronger structure prevents the vehicle from being stranded on the side of the road. Instead, they it can be driven to a nearby location where the damaged tire can be fixed or changed, which increases the driving safety levels.
