The Cooper Discoverer True North is a touring winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire ensures first-rate winter weather traction. Its high silica-infused compound and the asymmetric tread design increase the winter weather, ice and snow road gripping ability. The high-siping density firmly grips the ice- and snow-covered road surface to ensure an exceptional performance. The tread design’s wide circumferential grooves and angled lateral notches actively disperse water and slush from below the tire’s footprint and prevent hydroplaning when driving through standing water. The increased traction earned this tire its three mountain peak and snowflake symbol, indicating its exceptional performance in the most severe winter conditions.

The model’s tread design features wider tread blocks that maintain the tire’s road contact at all times.
