OVERVIEW
The Atlas Tire AP-100X is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is an all position tire model.
The model guarantees excellent all weather road gripping ability. The ribbed tread design and the circumferential grooves increase the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The constant road contact improves the model's performance in such weather situations. The wide zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction boost the year round driving safety.
The special tread design's zigzag grooves and solid shoulder pattern upgrade the driver's control over the vehicle. The tire is quick and precise in its responsiveness to the driver's steering instructions, while the maintained road contact stabilizes the tire against the driving pressure. This combination improves the tire's performance and ensures superb control to the driver, allowing them to confidently control the vehicle in all weather.
The tire's internal structure increases its durability and damage resistance. Depending on the size of the specific model, it can have a 12 to 16 ply construction.
