OVERVIEW

The Travelstar UN-HT701 is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles, SUVs and light trucks, depending on the specific tire size.

The tire ensures excellent all weather traction. The silica-based tire compound and the tread pattern work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The silica compound maintains its optimal flexibility in wet and winter conditions as well and provide additional biting edges that firmly grip the road surface in such situations. The tread design's siping detail and tread elements keep the tire close to the road surface and increase its traction. The tire also prevents hydroplaning by improving the water and slush dispersing ability of the four wide circumferential grooves. The better hydroplaning resistance and the excellent all weather traction ensures a secure year round driving experience.

The tire maintains road contact at all times. The steering responsiveness and driving stability are increased with the road contact of the solid center rib. The rib keeps the tire's contact with the road surface in all weather and guarantees better controllability with it. It improves the steering responsiveness and its accuracy to the driver's instructions, while also stabilizing the tire's structure against the driving pressure affecting it. The upgraded control allows the driver to confidently control the vehicle in all conditions.

The model's internal structure features a jointless nylon band that maintains the tire's optimal shape while the tire is in motion.
