The Thunderer Ranger SUV is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. This model has some touring passenger vehicle sizes as well. Thunderer offers a 60,000 mile tread wear warranty with the tire.

The tire offers excellent all weather traction and road gripping ability with the angled tread block design that grips the road in dry, wet and winter weather. The circumferential tread grooves avoid dangerous hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The better water and slush dispersing ability increases the all weather traction and offers a safer driving experience.

The specially designed five-rib tread pattern features a variable pitch sequence that lowers the road pattern noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. While the tires are in motion, the pitch sequence creates a sound frequency that negates the road noise generated. The disappearance of the road noise makes the driving experience quiet and comfortable. The same tread design also helps extend the tread life. The rib design evenly spreads the driving pressure out across the entire tread surface, which lowers the chance of irregular tread patterns forming across the tread area. The longer lasting, even tread, extends the tire's usability and tread life.

The Ranger SUV's slotted shoulder tread block design increases the cornering ability and power and ensures safe controllability.
