OVERVIEW
The Speedways Milestone SWT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire enhances the all weather traction. The all season compound and the symmetric ribbed tread design improve the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the flat footprint improve the surface grip. The zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This further enhances the wet and winter driving safety levels.
The flat footprint and the optimal tread design improve the controllability. These tread elements closely follow the road surface and upgrade the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle's instruction. On the other hand, the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This combination ensures the towing vehicle's control over the trailer, ensuring a safer towing ability.
The Milestone SWT improves the load durability. The strengthened steel belt internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. This allows the tire to increase the load carrying and withstanding ability, which improves the load handling. As a result, the tire is capable of boosting the overall load capacity.
