OVERVIEW

The RoadX TR528 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle's trailer axle.

The tire improves its controllability with the ideal tread design. The symmetric ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface throughout the drive, enabling the tire to increase the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more accurate in its response to the towing vehicle's instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This combination upgrades the driver's full control over the vehicle and it makes the towing vehicle's job easier.

The ideal tread design and the durable casing work together to ease the driving pressure off the tire during its performance. As a result, they greatly lower the model's rolling resistance. The tire's rolling resistance is the pressure affecting it, which reduces the vehicle's needed fuel intake to keep the tires in motion. As the model minimizes its rolling resistance, it decreases the towing vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels. This, in turn, guarantees a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.

The TR528 promotes a longer lasting tread life. The optimized tread design and the stronger compound lengthen the usability. The symmetric ribbed tread design evenly distributes the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoid irregular wear formations, avoiding uneven wear across the tread area. The stronger rubber elements of the compound manage to reduce the tread wear rate by utilizing wear-resistant rubber materials. This combination greatly lengthens the service life and the model's usability.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
