OVERVIEW
The Pirelli P Zero All Season is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
The tire's tread compound was made with silica to ensure safe all weather traction. The tread design grips the road well in dry, wet and winter weather and it maintains constant road grip. The special tread design features four circumferential grooves, numerous lateral grooves and a detailed siping design. These evacuate water away from the tire footprint and actively prevent hydroplaning situations. This improves the all weather driving safety greatly.
The silica-enhanced tire compound also makes the tire more fuel efficient. It lowers the tire's overall weight and, by doing so, it reduces the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the force that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain motion and this decreased resistance lessens the vehicle's fuel and energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
The decreased rolling resistance also slows down the tread wear rate as the silica in the compound maintains excellent road gripping ability. Furthermore, the tread design spreads the driving pressure out across the tread surface evenly, which prevent irregular wear patterns from forming. The better fuel economy and longer lasting tread wear offer a cost-efficient and environmentally friendly drive.
The tread pattern sports a variable pitch sequence that improves the comfort levels. The P Zero All Season is easy to control even at high speeds. The shoulder tread block design ensures constant road contact by providing additional biting edges.
