OVERVIEW
The Pathfinder HSR is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vans, SUVs, and light trucks. This model also has some passenger, touring sizes available.
The model also offers excellent all season performance. This tread design, its wide circumferential grooves, and the all season compound enable the tire's safe year-round traction. In this manner, the ribbed tread pattern keeps its close road contact all the time, while the compound maintains rubber flexibility in summer and winter temperatures. At the same time, wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from the footprint in wet situations.
The ribbed tread pattern and the continuous road contact boost controllability as well. In other words, they enhance steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. At the same time, the large shoulder blocks strongly grip the road surface with extra biting edges, upgrading cornering and maneuvering. This tread design and road contact enable the driver to have excellent control over the vehicle throughout the year.
The Pathfinder HSR also increases load and driving durability. This optimal rubber compound and the strengthened internal construction maintain the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it manages to actively carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. At the same time, the special compound blend resists external damage during the ride.
