OVERVIEW

The Nitto Motivo is a high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Nitto offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire's unique tread design is asymmetric and it features 3D multi-wave siping design with interlocking ripple design. This improves the dry, wet and winter weather traction as the tire provides a better tread pattern that firmly grips the road. The four wide circumferential grooves and the streamlined, open lateral grooves effectively resist hydroplaning in dangerous situations by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning also improves the year round driving safety.

The tread pattern sports visual alignment indicators located on the tire's two shoulders parallel to one another. They visually notify the driver whether the vehicle's alignment is correct or not as they change with the tread wear. If the two parallel indicators wear in the same manner, it means that the alignment is correct. However, if the vehicle's alignment is off, the tread wear on the two shoulders will not be identical and the alignment indicators will show it. In these cases, the alignment needs to be fixed before the tire develops an irregular tread wear pattern.

The tire promotes a comfortable and quiet driving experience. The vibrations and road noise are lowered with the tread design and the tire's internal structure. The internal structure maintains the tire's optimal shape, even under the high speed driving pressure, which allows the model to closely follow the road surface. The computer optimized tread design's variable pitch tread pattern sequence creates a sound frequency that negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. The tread design's continuous center rib maintains road contact in all weather, which increases the steering responsiveness and driving pressure.
