The Nexen N3000 is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. Nexen offers a 35,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire has great summer weather traction and it grips the road well, thanks to the V-shaped tread design, in dry and wet conditions. The model is not meant to be used in winter as the tire compound does not retain its flexibility in lower temperatures. The wide aqua grooves, the numerous lateral grooves and the V-shapes tread design avoid hydroplaning by channeling water away from the tire footprint. The better water dispersing ability and the excellent summer weather traction ensure a safe summer weather driving experience.
The model is easily controlled as its braking, cornering and maneuvering capabilities are enhanced. The tread design's continuous, arrow shaped center rib maintains constant road contact, which boosts the driving stability and shortens the braking distance. The rigid shoulder tread block design improves the cornering and maneuvering power. It provides additional biting edges for such situation and maintains constant road contact.
