OVERVIEW
The Milestar SteelPro AST is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The special ribbed tread design enhances the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. They manage to firmly grip the road surface in all weather and ensures a safer year round performance. The wide circumferential zigzag grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The maintained road contact guarantees a safer driving experience throughout the year as the tire does not lose its road gripping ability, even in colder temperatures.
The maintained road contact also improves the tire's controllability. The ribbed tread pattern's center rib increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability by keeping the tire close to the road surface. In other words, the tire's responsiveness to the towing vehicle's commands is quicker and more precise, while the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The closed shoulder rib design enhances the cornering capability by ensuring the tire's constant road contact. The result is a secure driving experience.
The tire has exceptional durability. The all steel casing resists damage and optimizes the tire's shape. The tread design's stone ejectors eliminate rocks stuck between the tread elements to avoid stone retention, which can harm the tire's casing. The reinforced casing avoids cuts, scrapes and punctures by upgrading the tire's strength. The augmented structure prevents deformation under the driving and load pressure, allowing the model to carry and withstand heavier loads with ease. As the tire does not deform under the pressure affecting it, it can be easily towed. The stiff sidewalls increase the tire's following ability and prevent swaying while the trailer is towed.
The SteelPro AST guarantees a longer lasting tread life. The ribbed symmetric tread design manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure.
