The Michelin X Multi D is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounter on drive axle positions.

The tire promotes a longer lasting tread life. The tire compound is wear-resistant, which slows the tread wear rate down significantly. The optimal siping detail and the open shoulder tread design manage to disperse the driving and load pressure evenly across the tire's surface. The equally circulated forces of acceleration, cornering and braking lengthen the tread life by preventing irregular wear formations along the tread area. The extended even tread wear significantly lengthens the tread life and the tire's usability.

The model has exceptional durability. The cooler running tire compound prevents heat build up on the tire's tread area, which may cause premature tread wear, making the tire resistant to the driving pressure. The reinforced sidewall and tread construction also improves the driving and load pressure durability. They strengthen the tire's structure and prevent deformation under the pressure affecting the tire during the drive. This stronger structure also actively prevents road damage from harming the tire's casing, ensuring a safer drive.
