OVERVIEW
The Maxxis ST Radial M8008 Plus is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire promotes great all season traction. The combination of the all season compound and the detailed symmetric tread design enhances the dry, wet, and winter weather grip. The sipe and notch placement firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges in dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. The model utilizes a unique apex compound in order to keep the rubber flexible in versatile weather conditions. Circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions, enhancing the wet weather performance.
The continuous center ribs maintain the surface contact throughout the performance. As a result, the tire is able to enhance the steering responsiveness and driving stability of the trailer. This closely follows the road surface at all times, which promotes a quick and precise steering response, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The solid and stabilized shoulder blocks provide extra biting edges, increasing the cornering and maneuvering ability.
