OVERVIEW

The Ironman I-181 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for all axle positions of these vehicles.

The tire utilizes the all weather traction with the all season compound and the ribbed tread design. The siping placement firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges, which also helps to improve the surface contact. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, upgrading the summer and winter traction. The groove placement avoids hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint. This combination greatly guarantees a safer driving experience.

The maintained surface contact with the ribbed tread design improves the controllability. The better road contact allows the tire to boost the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This promotes a quicker and more precise response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. As a result, the tire greatly boosts the driver's better control over the vehicle, resulting in a better secure performance.

The Ironman I-181 improves the longer tread life. The stabilized footprint and the ribbed tread design allow the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure across the tread design. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
