OVERVIEW
The Hercules Strong Guard ST is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire offers great all season traction, optimizing its year-round performance. Better dry, wet, and light winter grip is offered with the detailed tread design and the all season compound. Stronger rubber materials keep the tire pliable throughout the year, optimizing its summer and winter performance. Additionally, the tread’s sipes create biting edges, upgrading its road grip. Grooves combat hydroplaning in wet conditions. They channel water and slush from the footprint, increasing its wet grip.
Extended service life is guaranteed with this model. The ideal tread design works with the durable compound to effectively provide slow and even wear. Footprint stability maintains surface contact and helps prevent tread flexing. As a result, the tire avoids irregular wear by preventing pressure accumulation along the tread area. On the other hand, strong compound elements offer wear resistance, decreasing the treadwear rate. The combination greatly boosts the tire’s overall tread life length.
