The Hankook Optimo H428 is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The symmetric tread design, with the detailed siping pattern, and the all season silica-based compound increase the model's grip on dry, wet and winter weather road surfaces. The compound's silica materials maintain a firm grip on the road surface and keep the tire's weather flexibility throughout the year. The tread's constant road contact and the siping pattern's additional biting edges boost the grip on the road surface.
