The Hankook e3 Wide DL21 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles, made to be mounted on the drive axle. The tire promotes a lengthened tread life and usability as the wider flat footprint guarantees even wear with the optimized pressure distribution. This also allows the tire to decrease the rolling resistance, which in turn lowers the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The e3 Wide DL21 upgrades the load durability by preventing the deformation of the optimal tire shape.

The tire promotes a longer lasting tread life.

The wider flat footprint's constant road contact enables the tire to evenly spread the driving pressure out across the tread area. The equal pressure distribution actively prevents irregular tread wear formations and slows the tread wear rate down. The optimal footprint's road contact, in this manner, guarantees a lengthened service life and usability.

The wide footprint optimal road contact also improves the model's fuel efficiency.

It eases the driving pressure off the tire and significantly lowers its rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tires, which determines the amount of energy the vehicle needs while the tires are in motion.
