OVERVIEW

The Hankook Dynapro HP2 is a performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Hankook offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The tire was manufactured using a silica based tire compound. The special compound works together with the tread pattern to increase the all weather traction and road gripping ability. Even in winter weather, the model has great road grip and it performs well all year as a result. The four wide circumferential grooves and the aqua slant sipes prevent dangerous hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from beneath the tire.

The tread pattern's continuous center rib and the aqua slant sipes and grooves, along with the various enhancements to the model's internal structure, upgrade the steering responsiveness. The tire is quick and precise in its response to the driver's commands, which allows the driver to confidently control the model in all weather. Thanks to the improved steering responsiveness, the tire also provides excellent road feedback to the driver, which boosts their reaction time to the differing road conditions.

The special silica-based tire compound is a lightweight tire compound that lowers the tire's overall weight. This allows the tire to also lessen the rolling resistance while in motion. The rolling resistance is responsible for amount of energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in transit. For example, if the rolling resistance is greater, the vehicle will consume more energy (fuel) to maintain motion. The reduced rolling resistance decreases the fuel usage and CO2 emissions of the tire, making it environmentally friendly and cost and fuel efficient.

The internal structure's jointless full cover reinforced belt increases the tire's stability and uniformity under the high speed driving pressure. The tire does not deform under the driving pressure as it is capable of withstanding the external driving forces affecting it. Its exceptional stability makes it easier to control in all weather conditions and at all driving speeds, upgrading the model's performing capability.

The Dynapro HP2's shoulder tread pattern's silencer sipes offer a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The silencer sipes prevent the road and pattern noise from reaching the vehicle's cabin. They cancel out any road noise generated while the tires are in motion by creating a sound frequency that negates the road noise. This makes the drive more enjoyable.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
