OVERVIEW
The GT Radial GTR955 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on trailer axle positions.
Great year-round performance is provided with this tread design and all season compound. The optimal tread can closely follow the road surface, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible in summer and winter temperatures. As a result, these elements work together to improve dry, wet, and winter traction. On the other hand, the model has wide circumferential grooves, which prevent hydroplaning. These grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions.
The ribbed tread pattern and its close road contact improve controllability. This tread pattern strongly grips the road surface and upgrades steering responsiveness and driving stability.
