OVERVIEW
The Gremax MAX STR is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The model offers great all weather road gripping ability. The tread design and the all season tire compound increase the dry, wet and winter traction. The symmetric ribbed tread pattern with the optimal notch placement enhances the tire's grip on the road surface throughout the year. The all season compound maintains the tire's rubber flexibility even in colder temperatures and guarantees a constant road grip and traction. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The increased traction and hydroplaning resistance promote a secure driving experience.
The tread design also manages to improve the model's controllability. The symmetric ribbed tread pattern closely follows the road surface, which increases the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the model becomes faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle's steering instructions, while it stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model. This allows the tire to safely perform in all conditions and it makes the trailer easier to control and tow.
