The Goodyear G622 RSD is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles, made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle. The tread's optimal road contact, thanks to the tie-bar shoulders, boosts its controllability, and with it the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The strengthened UniSteel internal structure avoids deformation and enhances the load and driving durability. The G622 RSD offers a lengthened tread life and usability by avoiding the formation of irregular tread wear formations.

The tread pattern improves the tire's controllability.

The tread design features special tie-bar shoulders and a flat footprint that maintain the tire's road contact at all times. The better road contact improves the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The enhanced control over the vehicle allows the drive to confidently maneuver the vehicle in all weather.

The model features a special UniSteel construction.

This reinforced internal structure enhances the tire's durability and performance capability significantly. It maintains the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting it. In other words, the optimized tire shape allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease throughout the year. It also enhances the tire's controllability and performing capability, guaranteeing a safer year round performance.

The G622 RSD ensures a lengthened usability.

The tread elements and the durable tire compound work together to increase the length of the tread life. The tread design manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread pattern across the entire tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking effectively avoids the formation of irregular tread wear. The durable tire compound is wear-resistant which slows the tread wear rate down greatly. This combination extends the tread life and the tire's usability.
