The Goodyear Assurance CS TripleTred All-Season is a touring, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. Goodyear offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.
The tire has great all weather traction as the tread pattern is split up into three different zones, each improving either dry, wet or winter weather traction. Each tread zone utilizes its design to enhance the model's road gripping ability to provide a safe driving experience. The wet tread zone's sweeping tread grooves increase the hydroplaning resistance by eliminating water from beneath the tire footprint. The tire was manufactured with extra traction for wet weather thanks to the evolving traction grooves that provide a larger road contact area when the tire is new and widen as the tread wears to increase the hydroplaning resistance. The better wet weather traction and excellent all weather road gripping ability allow the tire to have a safe performance year round.
The model's internal structure features a polymer casing cord with reinforced twin steel belts. This structure makes the driving experience safer and more comfortable. The steel belts improve the tire's durability, even under high speed pressure, as they maintain its optimal tire shape. As the tire does not deform, it is capable of safely performing in all weather conditions. The comfort levels are also increased as the polymer casing cord lowers the road vibrations felt in the cabin of the vehicle. The internal construction absorbs the shock of driving which makes the driving experience more enjoyable.
