The General HT+ is a highway terrain, all season tire created for commercial vehicles. This model is specially designed for commercial trailers.
This model is designed to excel in all weather conditions. Its tread pattern is densely populated with thin lateral sipes. Together with the adaptive all season compound, the tire maintains a consistent grip with the asphalt in dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. The rubber flexibility stays pretty much the same throughout the year. It adapts to the changing temperatures, optimizing the tread's stickiness and ensuring consistent traction. The tire utilizes wide circumferential grooves that disperse water, slush, and winter from the footprint.
During the compounding process, they have mixed together a rubber blend that minimizes the tire's rolling resistance.
