OVERVIEW
The Federal Xplora MTS is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire upgrades the mud terrain traction with the aggressive tread design. The directional footprint's staggered tread blocks and the angled groove placement allows the tire to optimize the soft, loose and uneven terrain traction. The tread elements upgrade the forward motion at all times, improving the deep mud and loose terrain grip. These tread elements increase the self-cleaning capability. The tread eliminates mud, snow and rocks stuck between the tread elements. They disperse mud and snow, preventing them from blocking the surface contact. On the other hand, it also ejects rocks stuck between the tread elements, avoiding stone retention during the performance.
The maintained surface contact of the directional tread design upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. As a result, the tire is able to greatly enhance the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This combination greatly improves the driver's better control over the vehicle during the performance.
