The Falken Ziex CT60 A/S is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Falken offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Falken offers a road hazard warranty with this tire. Road hazard damage is harm caused to the tire during its performance. It can occur in the form of punctures, bruises, or impact breaks when the tire is driven in normal driving conditions on a federal, state, and/or locally maintained road. Falken's road hazard covers the first 3/32nds of the tire's tread life or 2 years from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). The road hazard warranty is honored if the damage is unrepairable per the USTMA puncture repair guidelines. Additional restrictions and fees may apply.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The special silica infused tire compound and the asymmetric tread design with the 3D siping detail enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound keeps its flexibility, while the tread elements firmly grip the road surface. The tread design's four wide circumferential and smaller lateral grooves eliminate water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The combination of the enhanced hydroplaning and the excellent all weather traction ensure a safer year round performance.

The asymmetric tread design also manages to improve the tire's controllability. The three center ribs and the shoulder tread blocks keep the tire close to the road surface at all times. The result is a safer steering responsiveness and driving stability. The center ribs enhance the response time and precision of the steering, while also stabilizing the tire against the driving pressure affecting them. The shoulder tread blocks, on the other hand, increase the number of biting edges that grip the road surface during cornering and maneuvering. The better road grip in such situations ensures a secure driving experience.

The Ziex CT60 A/S is a fuel efficient model. The tire was manufactured using the 4D Nano design compound which prevents heat buildup on the tire's surface, while it enhances the tread flexibility and road grip. This decreases the rolling resistance, which is the force affecting the tires responsible for determining how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. The reduced rolling resistance successfully decreases the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions and ensures an environmentally friendly drive.
