OVERVIEW
The Duro DS-2100 Radial is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The optimal ribbed tread pattern enhances the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability by maintaining a firm grip on the road surface. The individual tread elements improve the year round performance with the symmetric tread's constant road contact. The tread's wide circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The improved hydroplaning prevention and all weather traction upgrade the model's year round performance.
The ribbed tread pattern improves its controllability. The ribbed tread design closely follows the road surface and it maintains the tire's constant contact with the road to improve the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering is faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle's instructions, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder tread block pattern upgrades the cornering capability with additional biting edges, while at the same time it prevents side slipping to promote a secure towing experience.
The DS-2100 Radial offers a quiet performance. The tread design features a triple variable pitch sequence that negates the road noise levels generated while the tires are in motion.
