OVERVIEW

The Cooper Discoverer HT3 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model has some special trailer sizes available as well. Cooper offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The special symmetric tread design with the 3D micro-gauge siping detail boosts the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The tread elements manage to firmly grip the road surface all year round, guaranteeing a safer year round performance. The silica-infused compound also boosts the all weather traction as it maintains its flexibility even in wet and colder temperature winter weather. The tread design's four wide circumferential grooves effectively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction boost the model's performing capability.

The model has great durability and a longer lasting tread life. The internal structure features two reinforced high-tensile steel belts and a safer polyester casing manages to boost the model's durability. They work together to resist the pressure affecting the tires and, in this manner, to maintain the tire's optimal shape. The model does not deform under the driving pressure affecting it, which enables it to keeps its optimal road contact at all times. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
