The silica compound slows down the tire's tread wear rate as it promotes exceptional all weather traction. The larger, optimized footprint prevents irregular wear patterns from forming on tire's tread by evenly distributing the driving pressure and forces across the tread area. The alignment indicators show whether the vehicle's alignment is correct or not. They are located on the two shoulders of the tire and their wear pattern shows the good or bad alignment of the vehicle. These aspects working together ensure an increased tread life.
