OVERVIEW
The Carlisle Reliance Radial ST is an all season, highway terrain tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The ribbed tread pattern has a completely flat footprint that, combined with the tire's gripping ability, greatly enhances its stability. As the tread is secured against the driving pressure, the model's steering responses become quicker and more precise. The tire also has a symmetric tread pattern, which evenly distributes the load and driving pressure across the tread. These features help a great deal when harsh weather conditions are in play.
This model performs exceptionally well in wet conditions, as its tread is designed to establish traction in water without any difficulty. Since the tread is jammed with small lateral notches and sipes, the tire has plenty of biting edges to provide traction with. Meanwhile, the tire does not lose contact with the road surface, not even during the winter. The all season compound keeps its flexibility despite the temperature changes, ensuring traction in different weather conditions.
The Carlisle Reliance Radial ST boasts enhanced durability due to its strong rubber material. This way, the tire has a strong enough structure to carry heavy loads and reduce the heat generated due to the driving pressure as well. The durable tread and the heat-resistant technology both preserve the tire, which is a significant increase to its tread life.
