The Bridgestone Potenza S001 is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire offers superb summer weather traction and it grips the road well in dry and wet weather. This great traction is the result of the slanted-slug tread block sipes in the tread pattern. The tire is not recommended for use in winter conditions, as the tire compound loses its traction in colder temperatures. The tire’s three wide circumferential grooves help resist dangerous hydroplaning situations by dispersing water from beneath the footprint.
