- Enhanced controllability
- Longer lasting tread life
OVERVIEW
The Boristar BSMTX7 is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire utilizes its aggressive, directional tread pattern to greatly enhance off-road terrain traction. The angled and staggered block placement and the high void ratio work together to ensure the tire's forward motion on versatile terrain surface conditions, ensuring the tire's deep mud and loose dirt performance. The tread elements allow the tire to optimize the soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip. This optimized footprint ensures the tire's constant surface contact. As a result, the tire greatly enhances the off-road performance.
The tread elements also help to keep the footprint clean throughout the performance. The aggressive block pattern and the high void ratio work together to effectively disperse mud and snow stuck between the tread elements. As a result, they are unable to block the surface contact during its performance. On the other hand, the self-cleaning nature of the tread also actively avoids stone retention. The tread elements eject rocks stuck between the tread elements, avoiding damage to the casing and promoting a secure drive.
The directional tread design's surface contact greatly improves the tire's controllability. These tread elements ensure the tire's terrain contact, upgrading the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire greatly enhances the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The reinforced internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire maintains the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure, it significantly upgrades the overall load capacity.
The BSMTX7 also boosts the length of its usability. It combines the stronger compound elements and the stable footprint to ensure a slow and even wear. The durable compound elements allow the tire to greatly decrease the overall treadwear rate across the footprint. The rubber materials also protect the tire from tread damage, such as the tread's chipping, cracking, and tearing. The stabilized footprint allows the tire to evenly circulate the driving pressure across the tread area, avoiding irregular wear formations. This combination greatly enhances the model's service life.
The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.
