OVERVIEW

The Atturo ST260 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. It was made for trailers with a higher center of gravity (campers, equipment or boat trailers). This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The model features a symmetric ribbed tread design in order to enhance the controllability. This tread design and its consistent contact with the road surface helps to significantly upgrade the overall handling. In other words, the tire is able to guarantee better steering responsiveness and driving stability. The tire promotes faster and more accurate response to the towing vehicle's instructions and it effectively secures the structural stability against the driving pressure affecting the tire.

This tire promotes excellent year round traction as well. The symmetric ribbed tread design, with the zigzag sipes and wavy circumferential grooves, work with the durable all season compound, in order to conquer all weather traction. These tread elements help to enhance the grip on the road surface with the use of extra biting edges, while the durable compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility throughout the year. This combination greatly boosts the tire's dry, wet, and winter weather traction. The dangers of hydroplaning are avoided with the four wavy circumferential grooves, which disperse water and slush from the footprint and maintain the road contact.

The ST260 also helps to enhance the load capacity. The tire features a stronger internal structure which maintains the ideal tire shape under the heavy load pressure. Since the tire is capable of withstanding heavier loads with ease, it is able to significantly boost the overall load handling ability throughout its performance.
