The staggered block placement and wide groove placement work together in order to increase the tire's dry, wet, and winter grip. These tread elements provide additional biting edges, offering a safer drive. On the other hand, the stronger compound elements also enable the tire's year-round performance. This guarantees its summer and winter weather grip. Wide circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, avoiding hydroplaning.

The reinforced internal structure helps to increase its load durability.
