OVERVIEW
The Antares Comfort A5 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs and light trucks. This model also has some touring, passenger vehicle sizes. The tire has some high performance, W rated sizes as well. Antares offers a 45,000 mile treadwear warranty with the non-light truck sizes of this model.
This tire has excellent all weather traction thanks to the all season tread design. It grips the road remarkably in dry, wet and light winter conditions. The tire is not suited for use in severe winter weather as it will not have as good a road grip as actual winter tires. The tire helps resist dangerous hydroplaning in deeper water, since the circumferential grooves help eliminate water from below the tire's footprint. The tire is safe to be used year-round thanks to its great traction.
The tread pattern's continuous center rib helps improve the steering responsiveness and accuracy of the model.
